Formal Recruitment is a structured recruitment process that takes place August 15th–23rd, 2026. During Formal Recruitment, PNMs will have the opportunity to meet all IFC fraternities through scheduled recruitment rounds and structured activities.

Formal Recruitment includes:

• Early move-in eligibility on August 14th

• Recruitment rounds with chapters

• Educational programming

• Recruitment Captain support

• Structured activities leading up to Bid Day on August 23rd

Formal Recruitment is designed to help students make informed decisions while ensuring the recruitment process remains safe, fair, and values-based.
