Our Lodge Opens
“We, the Brothers of the Lambda Tau Chapter of the Fraternity of Phi Gamma Delta, remember with gratitude those Brothers who have gone before us and whose sacrificial devotion has protected and preserved our Fraternity. We solemnly dedicate this chapter house to their memory. We pledge ourselves to make this house a place in which true and lasting friendships are nurtured; in which scholastic excellence and the attainment of knowledge are paramount goals; in which brothers learn the value of sacrificial service to each other, to their University, and to humanity; and in which the values and principles of Phi Gamma Delta are forever treasured and guarded. To these ends and purposes, we dedicate and consecrate this house and humbly seek the blessing of Almighty God upon it and the men who occupy it.”
